Cancellation Policy

At Wakashe 360, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients. In order to maintain this standard and respect everyone's time, we have established the following guidelines regarding appointment cancellations and rescheduling. 1. Cancellations and Reschedules: Notice Requirement: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 2. Late Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited. 3. No Deposit: If no deposit was made for the appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will apply if canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. 4. No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will be charged. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible to avoid these fees.
